Can I make changes or cancel my order?

To ensure that your order change or cancellation is effectively processed we recommend that you call one of our customer service representatives.

 Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?

We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online or over the phone being processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and delivery time. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Confirmation calls what is that?

 You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn’t any change with your order. And for confirmation of your shipping address.

 When will I receive my delivery?

In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery time. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery time for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated time considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect products. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us within an hours of your delivery. Not more than an hour. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our No return policy.

How will I know my Order Status?

You can also inquire about order status by contacting your customer service representative.

Who needs to sign for my delivery?

Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect product. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the product(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within an hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect product(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our customer care representative.
