We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and style and that the actual color and style of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
Also please be aware that some of the images of our product and contents are used to show customers the type of item they will be receiving and not necessarily the exact packaging and contents. Our Product Descriptions will inform you if the packing and or contents of our product may vary from what is displayed in the contents image. If this is the case please be assured that all contents used will be similar in type, value and style, as we are always upgrading our products and services.
All your information is available in your “My Account” page. All purchase history, sales and refund reciepts, showing products and their quantities, amount and date, time of transections will be availble for a certain period of time. You can get its prints throught downloading or directly through your printer.
We are selling petroleum products that are considered as sensitive and blended with specialized recipes and packed with respect to the standardized SOPs specifically for each product. Therefore we highly encourage our consumers to check the products quality, quantity and packaging before accepting the supplies and deliveries of their ordered products. Once supply/deliveries of ordered product is received, company may not accept any claim.
Products that are Out Of Stock or Low in Stock usually refilled timely. However if the product is not available on our portal, that can be enquired through WhatsApp or available Contact details. Our representatives can guide you and update you with the correct information and availability.
We are delivering products nationwide in large quantities called as BULK and to the industrial consumers. So before placing orders you may ask either company is delivering in your area.
