Shell Gadus S2 OG Clear Oil 20000 is a very high-viscosity open-gear lubricant (≈20 000 cSt at 40 °C) designed for heavily loaded industrial applications such as slow-speed open gears and journal bearings in mills and similar equipment. It’s formulated with synthetic thickeners and high-viscosity mineral oils plus extreme-pressure additives to deliver a strong, tenacious lubricant film that protects metal surfaces under severe load and resists wash-off and wear in challenging operating conditions.
