Shell Rimula R4X CI-4 20W-50 is a heavy-duty diesel engine oil with a SAE 20W-50 viscosity grade and API CI-4 performance rating. It’s formulated with Shell’s Dynamic Protection technology to deliver enhanced protection in key areas — helping control engine wear, deposits/sludge, and acid corrosion, which keeps diesel engines cleaner and more reliable under tough operating conditions. It’s suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty diesel engines (including turbocharged ones) used in trucks, buses, construction equipment, and industrial applications, especially where a thicker 20W-50 oil is preferred.
